38 weeks, question about c section?

i a saw my doc today and she checked my cervics, she said it was so high up she could barely feel it. i have had ultrasounds to monitor baby's growth every 4 weeks during this pregnancy and this is my first. i did ask her about a possible induction or schedueling a c section and she said i cant be induced if she cant feel my cervics and we may have to set a date 4 a c section. { which is ok with me} i go in monday 4 another ultrasound and 4 her to check my cervics again, do u think she will set the date soon?? i am hsv positive and she said we want to get the baby out sooner rather than later, i havent had any outbreaks this pregnancy and i do take meds 4 it daily. i have been active and moving around but my baby wont drop! do u think she will do it that day or soon??? just a bit worried and want this to be over.
