I had embryo transfer on 5/28 and now have slight cramping and sore nipples. Could this be implantation?

i had the same 2 things & infact am Pregnant!! (: so maybe so! & i know they say "its to soon for implantation" however my docter expected this to happen 1-2 days after transfer!
