Is this a pimple or oral herpes,what do yall think?

asking something like this first of all is rather embarrassing but im paranoid..i have this pimple near the corner of my mouth which after extensive research it doesnt seem to have any symptoms of HSV-1(oral herpes),such as fever,watery drainage,itchyness,yellowish puss.etc. and it doesnt match any pics ive seen or herpes or cold sores..the only reason i think this it is because its near my mouth and ive bin breaking out there for a while and i pop it each time and white puss comes out which i think is normal for pimples,am i just being paranoid?
