Is this a herpes outbreak?

Last year i was diagnosed with hsv 1 genitally since then I have only had that outbreak, maybe one more. Well monday night me and my boyfriend had sex, afterward I was kinda sore but I always am. The next day it was still sore and i looked and i had cut my perineum, which was weird we didn't have rough sex or anything. Well since then the sore keeps feeling worse and its now friday. Also I have a sore on each side that feels like a herpes sore, very sensitive, and on the inside on my vagina. Now it hurts when I pee so I would think this is herpes but its only around that area? My clitoris and all around that region is totally fine, its just where the cut is down there? Is it normal to only have a few or a couple herpes sores?
