Navy bootcamp and HSV 1 ,PLEASE HELP!!!?

I am in the DEP with the United States Navy. Which means I have picked my job, sworn in, and leave in the next couple of months for bootcamp. When I initially went to MEPS to swear in everything with my blood test and health was fine but since then I have contracted HSV 1 from a former boyfriend. I have never had any outbreaks or anything, hell I wouldn't even know I had it if it wasn't for an STD blood test that I received from my gynecologist a month or so ago. So my question is once I get to bootcamp and they do their very in depth physical examination and they find this in my blood work will they send me home???... All I have ever wanted to do was go to the Navy and I feel so stressed out every day since I found this out. I am terrified that they will send me home if I go there and they find it. Can someone with knowledge about this answer my question. Please help.
