Ive had IVF and my period is due anyday. since the egg was put back ive had period type pains.?

im having a blood test tomorrow to see if im pregnant but tonight i have period pains that are quite strong. i do have a little discharge. I want to be pregnant so much and am worried about the pain. can anyone give me hope pls? x
