12 days late for my period, had cramping got headaches, white discharge.?

I have been having IVF and failed my last one as I came on my period, and then this month, I am 12 days late today I have never been this late before in my life,I did a test on day 4 and it was negative, I really dont want to waste money by buying test after test, I have been feeling sick in the mornings and have had headache for 3 days now, and just been to the loo and there is white discharge there, I tried getting a doctors appointment but they havent got anything until next Thursday, I really hope I am being trying for 5 years, thanks in advance for your help.
