What should I do:( hsv-1?

My girl friend has HSV-1, oral herbies, or cold sores. I told her i really don't wanna kiss anymore, because i also dont want it, i want to be able to kiss other people and oral and so forth. I feel like a asshole if i stay with her too even thought i won't kiss her. what should I do?
