Itchy, tingly, burning,needle sensation?

To make a long story short, When i was 5 months pregnant, I notice I had more than usual discharge and look like mucus. I was evaluated for Gonorrhea & Chlamydia (negative) One night in August I notice I was in pain during intercourse with my husband. I didn't think anything of it. Later in November I discovered a red rash on my groin. Was treated for Yeast and BV. Then I started noticing my genitals including my rectum was beginning to itch. even after the treatment. In January I took most of the STD testing (HSV2, Gonnorhea, Chlamydia, Syphyllis, HIV, Wet prep) They all were negative. In April, my lips were starting to burn and itchy with a tingling face, later came chills. I went to test for HSV 1 (positive) but no lesions. I have been to the Dr's office through out the year, taking blood test on blood count, kidney, diabetes, thyroid, and pap smear (results are normal). All of these symptoms I have on a daily basis, it is going on 1. 5 years except for the discharge and red rash on groin, the dr. is now out of solution and proabable causes but pointing it to stress. I am tingling everywhere, here and there, same with the burning, even my genitals and scalp. My throat started hurting and gets tired when I talk, it started in April when my lips started burning. Does anyone know what is wrong with me, I am very sick of this, I have this everyday. i have been faithful, one sex partner. My husband says the same, but having doubts because of my werid sensations, something is wrong and nobody can help me.
