Important vibrator and herpes question?

one month ago i got diagnosed with HSV type one on my genitals. i have not had another outbreak since my first time a month ago and i have gone to the doctor gotten a lot of vitamins and meds and am taking full completel care of myself. however, i have vibrators i used BEFORE i got the virus...and if i wash them now is it safe to use them? or should i throw it out and buy a new one because can i still infect MYSELF by using that vibrator even after cleaning it with that spray and stuff? i dont wanna risk another outbreak because im feeling great but i wanna use my vibrator? help?
