I have had a baby 6 months ago now im having a very heavy period and never had a period before as i have pcos?

I have PCOS and never had periods before hand, i have had to have ivf to have my baby boy and now he is 6 months old, i have started a period which is really heavy and when i wee the toilet is full of blood as well is this normal xx
