HSV 2 Outbreak very painful help plz?

ok so i am a bit confused about my having HSV 2 but I am almost about 99.9% sure i do have it, as my ex boyfriend was a positive carrier and we were together for 4yrs using and not using protection at times. I went to my GYN 2 years ago and got a positive result through blood, she retested me last year and it was negative, I am now suffering through really bad sores in my vaginal area and need help she refuses to give me valtrex because she says my last blood result is more accurate than my first one given 2 years ago. I am almost sure that this is an outbreak because it is very painful especially when urinating i can see the visible sores there are about 3 on my lower lips external 1 inside the vulva which is very painful at the entrance of my vagina and one inside near my clitoris (sorry if this is too much) the pain has been going for 3 days now along with discharge and some smelly odor but not fishy just a little smelly. it has never gotten this bad as to where i been breaking fevers for the past few days and suffering badly through severe vaginal pain and terrible headaches. i do not know what to do any advice is greatly appreciated, I tried the warm baths and it does cause a little relief for only about 20 minutes after that it becomes painful again, my GYN treated me for a yeast infection and gave me Diflucan tablets and the cream to insert vaginally but there still are no changes. I'm in so much pain, what can help me subside this pain? this is not my first outbreak either so when will this go away? I know for sure I have HSV 2 and I'm changing GYN asap but for now what are my options for the pain. i tried almost everything plz help i feel awful
